1. Returns and Refunds Policy
Because of the personal nature of our products, we have a strict policy on returns and refunds.
1.1. Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sex toys
- Lubricants and massage oils
- Lingerie and undergarments
- Condoms and other intimate products
- Any item that has been opened or used
1.2. Returnable Items: We accept returns or exchanges for the following items, only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging:
- Apparel (non-intimate clothing)
- Non-electronic accessories
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos or videos as proof.
- Once the defect is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Note: Refunds or replacements for defective products can only be processed if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process it as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit.
- Time Frame: Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the product was defective or an error was made in the shipment.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of our products. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original, unopened item (as per our return policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may have already been processed.
